Let’s go again, turn it up — we are back with the third edition of our day-festival of global house music with instrumental jams, dance, art and most of all, community – you! 
We’ll start with an afternoon of open mic music and short workshops that so far include Arabic percussion, bellydance (raqs sharqi), festival costume-making, flow spinning and there will be more. We slide into evening with a magical dance showcase featuring raqs sharqi and fusion by Queenie de la Rosa & Casadoras, Ms. YET and special guest dancers PopnTod and Kari Luna, as well as percussion by Casa Cazador rhythm ensembles. Then DJ Purplpitch drops vinyl to ignite the dance floor, followed by DJ omniria and the Tárab Garden organic SWANA house improv ensemble including Michael Fares on electric oud, Luis Chacón on electric guitar, Charlie Burrus on keys, and a very special appearance by violin virtuoso Asya Da. Closing the night we are thrilled to have DJ Zoonido!!! And throughout— cool vendors all over the patio. Get some henna. Pop for some art. Talk to some local orgs about more ways to nurture and protect our wonderful Houston communities. Chill with Bohemeos menu and bar.
